Frank Tsuru
President and CEO, Momentum/M3 Midstream LLC
Frank Tsuru, president and CEO, founded Momentum Energy Group LLC in September 2004 that operates the new Appalachia gathering system for production from southwestern Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. Previously, Tsuru founded Aka Energy Group LLC, which is Southern Ute Growth Fund's midstream gas company, in July 2002, and he was president of Red Cedar Gathering, the Southern Ute Indian Tribe's natural gas gathering and treating joint venture with Kinder Morgan. Tsuru received his B.S. in petroleum engineering from the University of Kansas.
