James S. Cutler
CEO, Appalachian Resins
Jim Cutler is internationally recognized as a petrochemical and midstream business development expert. Over a 40-year career, he has been responsible for overseeing the development of ethylene, ammonia, methanol and resin production businesses, as well as various midstream projects. Cutler currently is CEO of Appalachian Resins, a start-up company that is developing an integrated ethylene/polyethylene production facility.
