Paul A. Weissgarber played a key role in the 2012 acquisition of Crosstex’s Ohio River Valley business. Previously, as a Crosstex consultant, Weissgarber led the development of its oilfield water and gas-to-liquids businesses. Prior, he was a principal at Ernst & Young and held senior executive positions, including global and Americas advisory oil-and gas-sector leader; a partner at global management-consulting firm, A.T. Kearney, where he managed numerous major energy-company accounts including Crosstex; a principal at Gemini Consulting, where he specialized in working with oil and gas clients; and manager, new-project development, at Texas Oil & Gas Corp. He received his MBA from Southern Methodist University and B.S. in petroleum engineering from The University of Texas.
