Darrell Bull
General Manager, Ohio Valley Midstream, Williams Partners
 Darrell Bull leads Williams’ Ohio Valley Midstream franchise as vice president and general manager. He played a significant role in the acquisition of assets that formed this new franchise and has been very involved in all of the company’s Marcellus Shale growth. Bull has served as director, business development and new basin entry since 2008, growing and leading a multi-disciplined team that has identified and executed on numerous growth opportunities. As a staff business development representative, he was instrumental in negotiations related to Willow Creek Gas Plant in the Piceance Basin, the Overland Pass NGL Pipeline, and the Laurel Mountain Midstream joint venture in the Marcellus. Bull’s past experience includes both technical and commercial roles and prior to joining Williams he worked for MAPCO and Mobil. Bull holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma where he remains an active alumnus.
