Bill Cooper

Bill Cooper is president of the Center for Liquefied Natural Gas, a Washington-based trade association of LNG producers, shippers, terminal operators and developers, and energy trade associations. He has two decades of experience in various aspects of the energy industry, having served in both the public and private sectors. Prior to his current position, he was a partner in the law office of Hunton & Williams LLP, and counsel to the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee. Earlier in his career, Copper served as general counsel for a natural gas utility company.
