Richard Cargile
President, Midstream, Energy Transfer Partners LP
Richard (Rick) Cargile, president, midstream, for Energy Transfer Partners LP (ETP), joined the energy-transportation conglomerate in 2012. His responsibilities include executive management of ETP's midstream assets including gathering and processing, intrastate pipelines, gas storage and corporate engineering services. In addition, he oversees SEC (compression packaging) and PEI (electric generation). Cargile joined ETP with more than 30 years of midstream experience, most recently serving as president of DCP Midstream LLC's Southern business unit.
