Rick Moncrief
President & Chief Operating Officer, Caiman Energy II
A co-founder of Caiman Energy, Rick Moncrief serves as president and chief operating officer. Moncrief has 30 years of energy industry experience and has held numerous operational and commercial leadership positions. In his prior role as executive vice president of business development, Moncrief led Caiman's commercial efforts in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. These efforts led to the successful deployment of over $700 million in capital for the development of gas and condensate gathering systems, gas processing plants, as well as NGL pipelines and fractionation facilities. Before joining Caiman, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Regency Energy Partners. Moncrief began his career in as an engineer with Getty Oil after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University.
